Franchise recruitment manager makes perfect new recruit |
| From Dream Doors to Director – Alex Waite Joins Franchise Public Relations Specialists, MP-PR |
| For the last three years, Alex Waite has handled the recruitment for current Brand Builder of the Year award winners, Dream Doors. With nine years prior experience as a franchise sales consultant on Daltons Weekly, and an English Literature degree under his belt, Waite was the perfect candidate for MP-PR’s new Directorship.Says Waite: "I'm thrilled to be joining MP-PR and will be able to draw on more than a decade of franchising expertise. I know what’s required in both marketing and recruitment, specifically within franchising. Good PR is an essential ingredient, and something I’ve become passionate about.” Alex Waite has dealt with literally thousands of enquiries from potential franchisees as a recruitment specialist, and will be transposing this knowledge into his new role with MP-PR.Says Waite: “I know an awful lot about franchise recruitment and its challenges because it’s all I’ve done for the last three years.
