Cash Converters UK appoints new Chief Executive |
| Cash Converters, the UK’s number one retailer of pre-owned goods and financial services provider, has appointed David Patrick as its new chief executive. |
| With over 30 years experience with leading retail businesses, David will take overall responsibility for the strategic direction of Cash Converters UK.Launched in Australia in 1984, Cash Converters has grown exponentially with representation in 21 countries worldwide and to a network of close to 500 franchised stores. The company currently has 140 stores in the UK. David, 54, was managing director of Barratts, the footwear company, for four years until Spring 2008, overseeing 180 stores and 150 concessions. Previous experience includes chief executive positions at All:Sports Retail Ltd and JD Sports Plc.David said: “I am very pleased to be stepping into this role with Cash Converters. This is an exciting business with many services on offer to meet the needs of its customers.
