Franchisors get an “Offer they can’t refuse” |
| Leading franchise web portal wins industry approval with new lifetime membership and commission deal |
| Publishers of the international franchise website, Franchiseek, have introduced a new commission deal that could save franchisors thousands of pounds over the years. The offering means that once franchisors have paid the initial low lifetime set-up fee any additional costs are only paid when that advertising yields results.Says Franchiseek founder, Trevor Hart: “One of the biggest complaints franchisors have is that they are often forced to pay for advertising on an annual basis that simply doesn’t work. At Franchiseek, we eliminate this problem by allowing them to test-drive our services for as long as they like. And the best part is, lifetime membership lasts for as long as they like and we will only get paid when they get leads from us. In fact, the only time they will need to pay us for anything additional is when those leads are converted!”The lifetime membership and commission package, which was introduced last week, has already won the approval of some major franchise brands in the UK.Says Mark Burdge of Martin & Co: “When Franchiseek told us about their new deal, I had no hesitation in signing up. Why wouldn’t I? When somebody offers you a no-risk opportunity, it’s foolish to turn it down.” Adds Burdge. “What Franchiseek has done, is give my company the break it needs at a time of deep economic uncertainty. Rather than taking a large sum of money from me for something I might never get, I only pay them when I see tangible results. It’s a fair deal, and one which shows me how much Franchiseek believes in its own systems as well as its abilities!”The new package provides franchisors with a high profile listing on the franchiseek.com website, including links to their company news, press releases and case studies. On top of this, all new editorial content is then automatically fed through to a number of business and social networking sites, includingTwitter and Facebook.Says Hart: “We are not just a franchise listing website; we use a mix of search engine optimisation coupled with online social networking to maximise exposure for all of our clients. Most importantly, the full listing is available at a low cost! Any leads generated by the listing or other promotional activities we engage in are swiftly passed onto our clients – once they have been signed off. Should any of those leads subsequently convert, that is the time Franchiseek receives payment. It’s a winning situation for everybody.” |
