| Executives Online, the interim management and executive recruitment company, has announced the extension of their franchise business by awarding a master franchise in Germany. |
| The new offices in Germany will continue to expand the organisation’s Global Talent Bank of 80,000 while answering the demand in one of Europe’s most buoyant economies for new approaches to executive recruitment. The Germany economy was one of the least hard hit by the global economic downturn and was one of the first countries to emerge from it. The growing labour market, with increased demands for talent in interim and permanent roles, is a direct reflection of this buoyancy.It was only in December 2009 that Executives Online announced its very first master franchise agreement in South Africa. This most recent achievement shows the company’s strategy to increase penetration around the world is coming to fruition. Headquartered in Cologne, Germany, Stephan H. Aschenbrenner will be heading up the new enterprise. Stephan has broad international experience in management, recruitment and franchising. Since 1988 he has worked for several international franchise organizations and in 2002 he founded “initiat” his first entrepreneurial venture recruiting and financing franchisees. To his credit Stephen built “initiat” into the German market leader having placed over 1,000 franchisees in a wide spectrum of branded franchise systems.James O’Brien, Franchise Director at Executives Online, comments: “To have Germany sign off a master franchise is indicative of the market’s demand for innovation in sourcing executive talent. As one of the power houses of Europe, Germany’s job market remained robust throughout 2009 despite the economic recession.
