| NexCen Brands, Inc. has opened the first Marble Slab Creamery® franchised store in Asia. |
| The new store opened in Singapore under an existing master franchise agreement with Thirtythree Private Limited of Singapore. This agreement, signed in February 2009, provides for the development of at least eight ice cream concept franchised stores in the Republic of Singapore over a 10-year term. Kenneth J. Hall, Chief Executive Officer of NexCen Brands, Inc., stated, “We continue to strengthen the global Marble Slab Creamery brand with our new location in Asia. We are pleased that this franchised store incorporates fresh design elements as part of our re-branding initiative.” Chris Dull, President of NexCen Franchise Management, Inc., the franchising subsidiary of NexCen Brands, stated, “The initial consumer response to Marble Slab Creamery at Iluma, a new seven-story entertainment mall in Singapore, has been very positive.
