Announces New Senior Vice President and Chief Franchise Officer

Veteran, Steven Beagelman, Joins Nation’s Leading First Fresh-tossed

Saladworks,
the fastest growing and largest fresh-tossed salad franchise, has
announced the appointment of Steven Beagelman, a top industry franchise
executive, as a key component of the company’s plan to strengthen
its position as a market leader. Beagelman will assume the role of
senior vice president and chief franchise officer. His long-time expertise
in franchise concept development, retail operations and multi management
will help to expand the Saladworks brand nationwide.
As
senior vice president for Saladworks, Beagelman will manage franchise
development including growing the number of locations, overseeing
the design and construction departments as well as marketing and public
relations. In addition, Beagelman will help implement and maintain
Saladworks’ strategies for the growth, core values as well as
culture of the home office and existing franchisees into the future.

An
accomplished franchise industry executive, Beagelman brings more than
18 years of leadership experience and a track record of success. With
an in-depth understanding of all aspects of franchising, Beagelman
specializes in building high performance cross-functional teams and
creating programs to continuously improve process efficiencies within
the system.

Prior
to Saladworks, Beagelman was the Vice President of Franchising at
Rita’s Water Ice Franchise and led the rapid expansion of the
concept. He was responsible for the entire franchising division and
its growth including licensing, real estate and construction of 342
stores across 12 states. Beagelman has completed his final certification
course to become a Certified Franchise Executive. He has also been
actively involved with The International Franchise Association and
has served as a guest speaker at various conferences. Currently he
is scheduled to speak at the International Franchise Association in
February which will be held in Palm Springs, California.
