Gerald
A. Cook is Of Counsel to the law firm of DKW Law Group,
PC. His practice includes representing franchisors and other
businesses in complex business and commercial matters, including
franchising, distribution and licensing transactions.
Mr.
Cook has structured and developed offering circulars and
related agreements for many franchise systems in various
industries. He has also handled franchise registration,
disclosure and dispute resolution as general counsel for
a leading national franchise company.
Mr.
Cook has extensive experience in all areas of franchising
including real estate and financing. On behalf of franchising
clients, Mr. Cook has:

and completed the sale of international development rights
and international product distribution rights.

and financing documents and maintained state registrations
of franchise opportunity offerings.

in foreign jurisdictions including Mexico, Israel and Turkey.

for an international franchise system.

in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
