e² Young Engineers
e² Young Engineers provide an engaging, hands-on learning platform. The educational goals are achieved by using LEGO and K'NEX assembly kits while learning the basics of STEM subjects.
Wouldn’t it be great to be a hero to your customers and their families as you visibly improve their children through a results-driven education curriculum? At e² Young Engineers we believe that through play and fun we can teach children the basics of engineering and design.
We use e² Young Engineers LEGO® building bricks enrichment programs, which are rationally based on an edutainment (education and entertainment) approach. These programs teach STEM, meaning Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.
About the e² Young Engineers Programs
e² Young Engineers sessions provide an engaging, hands-on learning platform for both theoretical knowledge and practical implementation. This is achieved as the lesson begins with a theoretical explanation about a certain principle, which is then demonstrated as each child builds an electric model using one of the unique e² Young Engineers LEGO® brick kits designed by our staff.
The scientific principles are demonstrated in a fun and accessible fashion, combining experiments that form engineering intuition with stories that capture the children’s imagination.
Methods include going into schools and playgroups and running children’s parties, and lesson plans are updated regularly. We have also developed special programs for gifted children and for children with learning disabilities. Judging by current feedback, all the children who join our enrichment programs are having a lot of fun while also learning, sometimes without even realizing they are!
It has been proven that the children participating in e² Young Engineers enrichment programs have high grades in all of the scientific subjects they learn in school. It has also been proven that elementary school pupils joining the e² Young Engineers community gain more than sufficient mathematical knowledge and understanding to be successful in their future complex scientific curriculum at primary, middle and high schools.
Whilst studying economics and software engineering, e² Young Engineers CEO and founder Amir Asor volunteered for a project which supported children who require educational and emotional help. He began to think about what will make lessons more interesting and comprehensible for a child and how he could capture a child's imagination and inspire them. From these early ideas Amir began to develop the e² Young Engineers edutainment programs.
Why choose e² Young Engineers?
The unique LEGO bricks® kits enable the building of almost 200 models.
The modular program is adapted to suit individual differences between the children in the class.
