RedBrick Pizza® Announces Expansion Plans for Kentucky

RedBrick Pizza, the fast-casual restaurant serving up gourmet artisan pizza baked to perfection in just 3 minutes in a 1000⁰ open flame terra cotta oven, is launching an expansion campaign to add more than a dozen restaurants in Kentucky over the next three years.

The company will host a VIP Taste & Tour franchise event from 6-9:30 p.m. at the Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham in Louisville on January 15. Franchise prospects will have an opportunity to meet RedBrick Pizza Founder Jim Minidis, learn about the award-winning concept and talk with company executives in person.

The event will include a visit to the newly-opened RedBrick Pizza at Mall St. Matthews for a private tour of the kitchen and product sampling from across the menu. The mall location is a corporate-owned restaurant for the franchisor and is immediately available for sale to franchise prospects with restaurant experience who are interested in opening future outlets.

Offering a “better for you” eating experience, the menu of a RedBrick Pizza gives customers a wide selection of all natural, organic and gluten-free menu options crafted using only the highest-quality ingredients. The pizza dough is made fresh daily with extra virgin olive oil and pizzas are crafted using organic pizza sauce and 5-star quality all natural cheeses. RedBrick Pizza also features a unique handcrafted Italian flatbread sandwich or Fhazani® and specializes in fresh chopped salads topped with a selection of all natural dressings, and all natural Italian gelato for dessert.
